38 Weeks Pregnant!

I can't believe I am 38 weeks pregnant already. It seems so close but yet so far away. My baby girl can come in the next couple weeks or the next couple days. I am so excited for this new chapter in my life.

    I have soooobeen there- seems so close and yet so far away. Then they comei to the world and the weeks go by so fast! Hang in there!
